A design studio for the quantum era

Founded in March 2026, QubitPack is a semiconductor design and engineering studio focused on advanced packaging for quantum hardware.

Our story

QubitPack started with a frustration our founder kept running into: brilliant quantum teams struggling not with their ideas, but with how to specify and package their wafers correctly before ever reaching a foundry.

So in March 2026 we set up a studio in Spain to close that gap. We design TSV and wafer-scale interconnect architectures for the 300mm quantum wafer platform, and we help clients work through specification, packaging strategy, and foundry selection.

We're still early. QubitPack is taking on its first design and consulting engagements — with teams in quantum computing, sensing, and communications — while we build our software platform for packaging engineers on the side.

We do not run a fab, so our advice on packaging and foundry choice is always in the interest of your device.
